p-2.5 =((3.2-2.5)/(700-875))(x-875)

=>p-2.5 =(0.7/(-175))(x-875)

=>p-2.5 =-0.004(x-875)

=>p-2.5 =-0.004x +3.5

=>p =6 -0.004x

so price-demand equation is p(x) =6 -0.004x

=>R(x) =x(6 -0.004x )

=>R(x) =6x -0.004x2

total cost =fixed cost +variable cost

C(x)=1027.2 +0.76x
