at t = 0, F static max = 0.555*5.18*9.81=28.2

so friction will equal 17.3 at t= 0 and t>0


b) now will hit max value at t = 0 so will start moving, F t=0 = 28.2 N

t>0, 0.305*5.18*9.81=15.49 N
