Businesses face obstacles while executing CSR and this has an economic impact on the business. CSR lead to reduced benefits, layoffs, and outsourcing. It is in the business of how it is going to handle the negative situation.

A company is a commercial business that should produce product or services that are best at with constancy in quality. Also, an enterprise should not cause damages to the society but improve the interface between the society and business. Lastly, a business should do extra by monitoring the issues that come along their way. For instance, BP company initially had a good reputation, but the incident of pipeline explosion demonstrated that the company didn’t ensure safety and this affected its reputation. Also, such firms should have creative connections like engaging with NGOs to monitor the progress. Internal communication plays an important part in addressing sensitive issues. It assists in reaching out to CSR trade media to win the community and rebound into the external environment.
