Scenario: Our company has gone through considerable merger and acquisition activity in recent years, and we’re increasingly seeing too much variation in how key processes are accomplished across what used to be parts of separate organizations. The variability of these processes impacts projects that cross organizational boundaries, as is perceived as increasing the burden on staff and costs to the organization. Some of those process variations are better than others, so we’d like to expand the use of best practices.

Your management team has come to you with the above problem scenario that they need you to advise them on and plan a strategy to address. As it is normal for any organization who has gone through any merger and acquisitions to streamline the culture with other one. There are lots of changes that needs to be carried out to do the streamlining of processes, cultural alignments, etc.

The new processes that are defined by the Team is done based on the various aspects of the organization Operations activities across the globe and on different setup of the projects. It has been proven very cost effective and efficient methods with similar systems in the organization and has potential to fulfill high expectations of the management at any given point of time.

It will also bring down the operational cost of the business through new innovative technology which includes automation of the routine tasks and provides more value additing activities to be addressed by employees at any given point of time, resulting into productive organization.

We request management to take this processes into consideration for further implementation across the organization and point out their view on the same for any additions that needs to be inculcated.
