Andrew must be provided with life and jackets and safety measures tools kit to safeguard him from any hazard. As he met with a hazard it is the company’s responsibility to keep the employees safe from any hazard in the working place. He should have provided all necessary tools to work in such a dangerous location or the prone areas where anybody can meet with an accident. To ensure better security it is obvious that a company should be given him the list of essential measures for protecting him. A planning should have been done by the company to look after on the pros and cons of the working areas and then by availing all the important apparatus for working an employee should be allowed to go to the location for work. These factors may reduce the risk to a minimal for the employees.  

Thomas has fallen from the building during his working. The company is required to provide labors for this work that has the ability to work by hanging up of the top floor building. Instead of a labor, Thomas held the work by himself, he must have provided with helmet, proper shoes and safety jackets. Before the working starts it is very necessary to plan the step by step process for the proper functioning of the work so to ensure that the employees should not be harmed. They must be available with a proper facility like immediate medicines, first aids, and hospital treatments so that the employees can be given medical facilities when they require from the organization.

Lindsay has been visited a site for working purpose where she has inhaled harmful toxic which has made her sick. The company should be initiated proper planning so that this situation could not have happened. The company should have provided masks so that the employee should not have taken such a poisonous gas. The company must take the responsibilities for is employees to ensure their health security, if the company has taken a proper step before sending to a place with a proper preparation this thing could not have happened, the risk can easily be avoided.
