ANS -5 Temperment is an individuals characterstic level which is emotionally concerned with the lintensity of exicitability,a consistent differences in individuals behaviour which are biologically based& independent of learning the values & attitudes.
types of basic temperament 1) easy or flexible child 2) diffcult ,active or feisty 3) slow to warm up or cautious .
Basically four types of personalities are noted : 1) Sanguine 2) phlegmatic 3) choleric & 4) Melancholic types.
Lorelei , ifalls in difficult or feisty type ,as only 10% of children fall under this category, as these type of children are fussy ,irregular in eating & sleeping habits .THEY ARE FEARFUL OF NEW PEOPLE & SITUATIONS as initally mentioned in her behaviour.. Even they are easily upset by noise & commotion, become intense in their reactions.
When the kids are fidgeting & asking them to sit ,they do not react to the command but their body asking them the movement , as this process was also carried by Lorelei ,she wondered around the classroom looking for books or games. Even the children were asked to sit on their desk, nor she did complete her assignment in the allotted time.
It is because the physical activity & the billateral movement of running gets the two sides of brain communicating.The children who refuse to follow the commands or direction have oppositonal defiant diorders (ODD).which charecterized by a negative pattern, the disruptive behaviour. Even anxiety leads to disruptive behaviour.
