Explanation / Answer

The romance leadership scale results and the scores for each statement are as below.

Total score = 4+4+5+5+4+3+4+4+4+4 = 41

As per the results, my romance of leadership score comes in the range of 38 - 50 and it is above average romance of leadership. I believe on influence of strong leadership on the organization’s success. I believe that leaders can make much difference in the organization that lead to success even though factors like competition, economy and other factors are not favorable.

A good leader can motivate the employees to perform better and the followers always support their leadership in adverse business conditions by extending their work timings and working without any extra benefits. They support the leaders in achieving the organizational goals. The leaders can also come up with strategies that may help the organization to make profit and sometimes small changes implemented by good leaders lead to great achievements. Each and every decision taken by leaders has much impact on the business and the employee performance. Hence I strongly follow good leaders and believe that they can help the organization to achieve success even though all other factors are against it.
