Objective of the Report:-This Report provides an analysis of where your organisation stands in terms of:

1)The ability of the organisation to monitor, assess and respond to create internal and external changes.

2)The ability of all organisational leaders to create and sustain the vision, inspire model prioritize, make decision, provide direction and innovate, all in an effort to achieve the organisational goal.

3) The ability of an organization to ensure the effective and efficient use of organizational resources.  

4) The ability of an organization to implement all of the key organizational and programmatic functions.

ABC pvt. ltd.:-This is an outsourced customer service company.Main clients are Telecom sector.They are providing after sales services to the customers of their client.

Working hours:-24/7

Evaluation Findings:-1)Issues like gossip and bullying are found in between employees of the organisation

2)Many good things are found during the evaluation process that feedbacks are taken seriously by the employees and immidiate work on the same is being done. It is also being found that there is absolute hand holding done by the Top Management instead of just delegating the work.

3) The company follows a hierarchical structure which has 4 Layers. 1 st layer includes the CEO, 2nd is Manager, 3rd is The Team leaders and 4rth layer includes the Customer Support Executives.

4) There is no systemic issue found

5) Functional organisational structure is being followed by the company

6) No differences between paperwork and actual functionality of the company is being found

7)Annual revenues of the company is not found consistent as sometimes it is increasing sometimes it is decreasing

8) Work allocation of each employee is not done equally

9)Few Leaders of the company are lacking in leadership quality although democratic leadership style is being followed.

Recomendations :-1) Leaders should work more on intriducing trainings related to work forreducing the gossips at workplace

2)Management needs to work more on the root level so that maintain consistency in earning revenue

3)Although the hierarchy is not very complicated but still all the layers should concentrate on more efficient communication in between the layers

4)Few trainings on improving leadership skills should be taken into consideration

5) Analysis on employee work hoirs should be done properly so that work allocation is done equally
