Explanation / Answer

Scores:

Control culture: 1+0+1+0+0+0 =2 (Medium)

Performance culture: 0+0+1+0+1+0 = 2(Low)

Relationship Culture: 1+1+1+1+0+1 =5 (Medium)

Responsive Culture: 1+0+0+1+1+1 = 4 (Medium)

The scores are mostly Medium/Low.

It can be inferred from the results that the my personal value matches mostly with all the given corporate cultures.

Reason why it is low for a performance driven culture because, in a perfrmance driven culture there is always a huge scope of competition within the team/ individual. In a work enviroment where everyone is trying to top each other without understanding each other's needs ot helping each other, is not culture i would like to work in.

The rest 3 cultures are medium in my case as as i believe these three are very essential factors that drives an organisation. If these 3 factors are working fine, higher performance is bound to be acheived.
