The romance leadership scale results and the scores for each statement are as below.
Total score = 3+4+5+5+4+2+1+2+4+3
= 33
As per the results, my romance of leadership score comes in the range of 27 -37 and it is average romance of leadership. As per the analysis I give equal value to economy, competition, and other factors that are beyond the leader’s short term control on organizational events with the effect of leadership. I don’t believe leaders alone can make difference in the organization’s success and other external factors like economy and competition also play an equal role in the success of the organization.
