Question: Describe the four different solutions for a network.

The four different solutions for a project network are early start (ES), early finish (EF), late start (LS), and late finish (LF).

Early start for a an activity is found by moving forward through the project network from the Start activity along the longest time path to that activity and Latest finish from is time found by moving backward through the project network from the Finish node along the longest path to that activity.

Early finish is the early start plus the activity duration and late start is the late finish minus activity duration.
