Various models and strategies are developed for the implementation of important work depending upon the requirements of the organization and the amount of funds which are required to be invested for the undertaking and implementation of projects and tasks. The use of information technology and telecommunication network helps in the analysis and transfer of projects to different regions with implementation of infrastructure building and development. The innovation and creativity is planned with patent signing and development of close strategic pacts for effectively implementing the policies in a specific timely bound manner. The examples includes the Styria model in Austria and the Washington Projection and simulation model for projecting the development of the region with functioning and setting up of industries in those regions.
