1.spleen & lymph node differences: spleen is a single discrete lymphoid organ present in the upper far left part of the abdomen, to the left of the stomach. while lymph node are small in size and present in clusters in different parts of body. eg: armpit neck etc.
similarities: both are secondary lymphoid organs. which plays role in activation of naive B cells by antigen presentation. and both filters blood.
2.lymphnode & Tonsil: difference: lymphnode is fully encapsulated and has both afferent and efferent part, while tonsil is partly encapsulated and has only efferent part present. and present in oral cavity.
similarities: both lacking lymphocytes and are round organs having encapsulation.
3.peyers patch & tonsil difference: payers patch is associate with MALT.and are present in the intestine while tonsil present in the neck region or oral cavity.

5 thymus & spleen difference: maturation of T cells occurs in thymus but not in spleen.only activation of immune cells take place in spleen.
