Explanation / Answer

Fairness is close to my heart and is a standard value I have selected for my life. I have been inspired by my mother who has lot of faith in fairness. I have been inspired by her by looking at her orientation and success in life. She is extremely respected in all circles she moves and is considered to be an honest person with lot of integrity. I want to establish same perception for ,myself. For me fairness is dealing with all people equaly and being honest with everyone . While you are in power and you have some opportunity to distribute things to others fairness plays an important role . If you become biased you actually do not favor other but you do injustice to your conscience.

This has helped me in my school life a lot . My friends perceive me to be fair . Lot of them like to give me first opportunity whenever they have something to give. It could be forming team with them in competitions or otherwise . I have often been chosen as leader in group activities because I am considered fair . I am also liked my teachers as being fair I have an image of a a socially sensitive person. I have been given lot of opportunities for social service . Being fair has made me socially accepted and respected and I would like to continue being fair.

In my personal life i share a great relationship with my parents as we share the same values . I am often appreciated by my parents when they see me voicing concerns among friends for not being nice with the children who come from weaker section or are handicapped . My parents love me for the way I am .

In my life ahead I would want to work towards social equity an find justice for the people who are in minority ar are marginalized either economically or otherwise . I would want to be known as a person who care fro a society which is fair.I know that there are several agencies like NGO's and media persons who have inspired me to make my career in their field. My personality attribute will help me to become successful in this type of profession .
