As the person responsible for scheduling appointments, you could easily use a trumped-up excuse to bump a patient at the desired day and time, in order to accommodate the celebrity.
Would it be ethical for you to cancel a patient's appointment in order to accommodate the celebrity?

No, that won't be ethical for me to cancel a patient's appointment in order to accommodate the celebrity because it is possible that the patient has worse health problems than the celebrity and canceling the appointment won't be a fair thing to do and also against medical ethics.
