1. Stength finder - is one of the best tools and can accurately determine the strength of a team by using thoughts, feelings and behaviour. This is a win win situation for personnel and companies as strengths can be channelled into a particular project with excellent results.

2/ 5. Interpersonal relationships can be built by channelling people with similar strength into a particular project that requires that skill set. This not only helps to build good relationship with colleagues , but also with superior reporting officers. A positive vibe is created.

3.Advantage: this tool focuses on what an individual already has and helps to make it a potential strength. Many other tools in the market only focus on what is not present. Hence this tool propagates a sense of positive energy.

4. Disadvantage: it proposes a theory of perfection in the strength associated with individuals. Perfection however cannot be achieved and this may cause individuals to try and outdo themselves to achieve the perfect score.
