4- yellowing or chlrolisis off leaves due to reaction of harmfull pollutant
and the pollutant which are responsible to bring these effects are following

answer 3- I was design PAYT (pay as you throw) program i will try achieve environemental and economical sustainiblity. i will focus on recyle the elements that do not create waste which could be harfmul for our locals. i will collect more waste by which i will get more paid
for this i will collect the garbage from the residental colonies and also from small industries collect the garbage like household things, paper, timber etc
