In the given SDS-PAGE we can see that there are immunoblots for specific proteins with antibody.

(A) in the upper page there are a long signal that denote the phosphorylate tyrosine residues is epidermal growth factor but in lower cell one is tyrosine phosphorylation single and one is another but show the presence of the receptor of EGF.

(B) in the first page the size of Receptor is full but it may be fregmented in second page so it's size is reduced

(C) overall result show that it it treat the Cell with EGF then its nind ninh its receptor and tyrosine is active site but if there are NO EGF then there are no tyrosine detection.
