Explanation / Answer

We can say that this situation is a daily challenge for most companies. For companies, the valid reason for firing an employee can range anywhere from insubordination, incompetence, skill mismatch, managerial requirement, the strategic requirement as well as lay off. Other than the provided reasons, we can say that a company has to formally prove the reason for their choice of letting an employee go as it can represent ill practices and personal vendetta or bias that can be a common problem between two individuals.

2. A company may choose to higher young, relatively inexperienced employees due to the reason that experienced employees that have a wide range of skill set and experience generally require a higher wage to be paid for their services. In the most common sense, we can say that while their skills are relevant in the structural sense, functional aspect dictates that we need to be able to fill positions which do not require this aspect either people that are inexperienced or young because of their relatively cheaper wage demand, a job training can easily take care of experience while the young employee learns at the job and develops the skills for it which makes it a strategic win for the employer in the long run.

3. The best age for a company to select as criteria for hiring new staff is a year to two of experience with a relatively young individual. This is because not only will they have a lower wage requirement than older, more experienced employees but the facacta they've had job training or at least a little experience in the line of work creates other important factors the company to be able to select them as the basis for the criteria to be fulfilled by the positional requirements.
