So we will see the value for regenerative oxidizer for 40000 SCFM capacity, From graph the cost is,

Around 1250 * 1000 US$

TIC = 1250000 US$

As we all know the US$ experienced inflation at an average rate of 2.24% per year. So 100$ in 1992 means 170$ in 2016.(refer literatures for this figure)

So our TIC in 2016 dollars is,
