HomeworkMarket.com is one of the many websites where students can post assignments and offer to pay a certain amount for some strangers to write papers the students can submit to their professors.

A student posted a request on Homeworkmarket.com asking someone to prepare a 10-page paper that explained the importance of the university's academic integrity policy and the various reasons for not cheating. The student offered to pay $70 for the paper.

What legal and ethical issues do you see with the student posting the assignment so someone else can prepare the paper?

the legal issue is; as a student and scholor he only must prepare it, no one else. in his studies what he learns, from his learning how he is able to apply it in real world. it is the objective of the homework, but by paying to some one and completing the work and getting some credits to the work, all this is not correct and should not accept. here we can not blame the people who are providing answers, but as students they only should provide answers based on their knowledge levles. here the ethical issues are many of the times the student who did actual work may not be able to get high ratings. because the student who posted this question in the webpage may definitely get a good answer than his real abilities. so, he get good credits and he stand at the top or he stands along with the students who are in top with their own abilities.
