Increasing life expectancy increases the population of older adults in the society. Older adults contribute a lot to the development of society that include both material and immaterial. Their experience can help a lot development and problem management. However, the chances of occurrence of age related diseases (e.g. Alzheimer’s, cancer, metabolic diseases, etc.) also increase with age. So, care must be taken by health profession people to provide well-being for older adults and to avoid the effect of ageism.
