1 Ans:- Let us take an example of Apple Inc. Apple is known for producing products of highest quality and every time come up with superior offer package to the customers.

2 Ans:- The best product of Apple Inc is I-Phone. The specific characteristics of the product that make it high quality are:-

a). Aesthatic appeal of I-phone.

b). Superior features like resolution, display and camera quality.

c). Technologically sound qualities like RAM, facial recognition, touch screen, storage space, battery life etc.

d). Durability of I-phone is higher than any other phone.

3 Ans:- The poor product of apple was Macintosh portable which was released in 1989. Some of the reasons for it's failure were:-

a). It had heavy weight of 16 pounds and it was very difficult to move, but it was claimed to be portable.

b). It could not run without a charged battery.

c). In 1989, it's price was $ 6,500 which was very costly.

It was later removed and modified by powerbook series, which was a commercial success.
