A VISION statement focuses on tomorow and what an organization wants to ultimately become.

Starbucks is known for “creating a culture of openness and putting employees first,” and Howard Behar understands that, “how you treat your people is how they’ll treat your customers”

7-Eleven claims to be “build to serve” as the company is widely known as having servant leadership as the corporate culture. In the 7-Eleven mission statement and marketing material, the company shares its servant leadership philosophy, that in order to grow and succeed the needs of others must be priority.Their tagline is “Serve. Lead. Do what’s right.” The company recognizes the value of accountability, recognition, and teamwork in their service-oriented culture.

Whichever models the companies are follwoing, the need of the hour for the companies are to have a firm believe in their mission and vision statements. the companies need to train and re-train their employees on the value systems and employees enjoying their work satisfactorily.
