a. Ethical dilemma : a situation which confuses a person whether to choose ethical path or not and also confusing to realise what is ethical and what is not.
This kind of situation in general arises in a schooling administration department when one person thinks from other 2 people point of view i.e school kids and administration department.
But what is required is to think as per ethical benefit and ethical necessity.
This procedural thinking lets you know and understand whether to compromise and be back on endless crave for setting high standards / considering welfare of students ??
Also a mid way of win - win strategy has to always be had a look at.
There always exists innumerable solutions for every single problem but only choosing of specific solution to respective situation defines your position as individual.
