4. A self-awareness of how to implement new possibilites?

5. Recommend any changes to current internal resources?

Now talking about helping out the business with growth it is the thought process to make the awareness of the thought process and get the information and provide the details to the customer hence this will help the people to grow more

Thinking about the given questions below are the details which can help with the overall details

1) Talking about success and failures, there are many things which can be learned from both the things talking about success, the major thing which can be taught to the teachers is how they planned, how did they execute and how did they got the success in it this helps the person to know which were the major points on which they worked on, it will be majorly that they have worked on team work, co-ordination and all the functionality of the over all execution, hence this will help the teachers to note down the points and achieve the goals which are required.

Now talking about the failure there are also many things which can be learned from the failure fo the things which were implemented, as failure teaches what were the things which did not get implemented and what went wrong again to think about the details why it took such an impact and what were the reasons due to which this got not implemented, and if something went wrong than should take the overall responsibility of the things which went wrong this will help the person to grow more

2) The major thing which is working around is that teachers who are teaching are always in pressure or in tension and are in hurry to get the things done, rather than having hurry, if the teachers enjoy the work which they do, means that they should enjoy each and every moment of the work which they do as well as they should create an environment which can make the surrounding so positive in nature that the people around you all will be very much happy and will enjoy each and every moment which can make the work enjoyable, not only for the coullagues as well as the students as they will like to work and enjoy to work and learn as well this will bring a positivity in the overall environment

3) Talking about the people working or the teachers working in the organisation and teaching students, the teachers who are there working should change the process of teaching to the students as they get bored with the same old technique, hence the teachers should turn up with new possibilities which can help the students to get engaged with the things and make a new possibility of making the students getting connected, as this will help to make the students get connected to the studies which they are doing and the students will get in touch and will join the ride of learning with full of affection.

4) Now thinking and making the teachers understand, need to make them feel that while doing something and thinking in the manner that some creativity can turn up and it will be very much helpful for them to bring new things and it will make the new process and it will be very much helpful for the generation of the possibilities, hence this will make the new scenarios which will be bringing new attitudes towards the changes and it will help the organization grow personally as well as professionally which will be very much helpful for the people to know more about the change that will be very much active for the business.

5) The major recommendation is to learn and enjoy the work which is going on in the organization, treat the work with full of enjoyment and will be very much accurate for the reason to bring the change and growth in the organisation, this will be very much helpful for the dual win, as this will bring the new awareness as well as the overall change in the organisation, second thing the major issue is the failures are highlighted and successes are not been showed or turned up anywhere so change should be brought up on the organisation where the successes should also be highlighted and for failures encouragement to the people should be given which will help the organisaton to grow and will make them work more and more towards the goal hence this are the changes which are to be brought up which will make the organisation grow towards success.
