1) Talking about success and failures, there are many things which can be learned from both the things talking about success, the major thing which can be taught to the teachers is how they planned, how did they execute and how did they got the success in it this helps the person to know which were the major points on which they worked on, it will be majorly that they have worked on team work, co-ordination and all the functionality of the over all execution, hence this will help the teachers to note down the points and achieve the goals which are required.

Now talking about the failure there are also many things which can be learned from the failure fo the things which were implemented, as failure teaches what were the things which did not get implemented and what went wrong again to think about the details why it took such an impact and what were the reasons due to which this got not implemented, and if something went wrong than should take the overall responsibility of the things which went wrong this will help the person to grow more
