A good match between the person is required not only towards its job but the organisation as well. One needs to know what type of organisation he or she is gonna step in. is the culture of the organisation ethically sound? will it match with my ideologies? one should make a summrize profile of himself and try to compare with the profile that of the organisation and the job profile.

A good match between the person and job is possible when the summary profile of oneself is matching with the summary profile that of the job. our expectations are matching towards the job discreption. Having the right job for the right person is of utmost importance for the person as well as the organisation. Positive effects can be seen when a right person is matched with the right job and organisation. its a motivational tool for the person if the right job is achieved. Satisfaction of job will lead to better results in the organisation, homefront, family and friends etc. Job fit can be done by looking into the knowledge and skill of the person , the ability of him or her to adapt to the job without any training and requirements of the job , the job specifications should be the profile summary of the person once all of these are achieved we can say that there is a good match between the person and job. For example if a person is not educated and do not have much of experience then it becomes difficult for him or her to survive and get the job in the firstplace. sometimes it may happen when the person has all the qualifications checked to the expecation he or she might not be happy with the job discription. he or she might think that they are underperforming him or her which may lead to dissatisfaction.

when we talk about job and organisation match we are speaking in much broader aspect . we speak about the value and culture of the organisation. There should not be any conflict of idealogies between the two. we as individuals have some values and morales that should not be conflicted in the culture of the organisation as one will not be able to fit in the organisation, will not be able to give 100% to the organisation, will go against the moral of the person which might lead to dissatisfaction towards the job. this might create problem for the organisation as well as the person. Therefore a sync between job person and organisation is of utmost importance.For example when a person gets a job into a pharmacutical comapny his job is perfect fits as per his requirements and that of the company itself. but he comes to know that the comapny is into illegal stuff and increasing the price of the product at an exponential level for its profit . here the idealogies dont meet as the comapny is doing fraud with its customers and it does not match with the personal ethics which can lead to sisatisfaction and he or she might leave the job.
