flow rate is the minimum of demand and process capacity.since demand is unlimited,we would consider process capacity. The process capacity is always equivalent to the capacity of the bottleneck.bottleneck is given to be packaging so capacity of packaging is the flow rate:

3600 seconds = 3600/7 bottle/hour

514 bottles

If the process starts empty then the time to produce 530 bottles= total processing time + (530-1)/flow rate

=7*530 +1.029

=3711 seconds
