Thanks for giving this opportunity to check our competitors strategy , so first i will start with our product face crea, foundation if we talk about our product then we have used good strategy to show that our product is paraben free and without any animal testing.

They show the before and after glow on the face and how will it make their face look flawless and glowy for whole day .competitors companies are - Fair and lovely foundation, ponds BB cream, lakme Cc cream .

Lets look out at the strategies :

1)Creative Packaging

Creative packaging is an important component to your marketing strategy that captures the overall look and feel of your product. Your cosmetics packaging also can go a long way in branding your business. Be creative, but understand current trends. If simple, clear packaging is the latest trend cycle, adapt to it, using a bold but minimalist approach, rather than froufrou or glitzy packaging with lace, velvet and layers of embellished details such as ribbons, flaps, buttons or fabric cords. Always include your logo on package designs and, if the package warrants it, company information such as your website or phone number, so for sure girls like shiny or beautiful looking things and according to their choice company do the packaging so that girls can easily gets attract towards it because if it's looking good from outside then for their understanding they will consider it as good product

2)Deals

People are ecstatic when they think they are getting a good deal. You can offer deals to customers to motivate them to buy, including buy one, get one free deals; buy one, get one half off deals; and a free gift with purchase option. So sometimes some companies put offer like if they will purchase the cream kajal will be free with it so not only girls buy everybody looks out for deals so that is also main strategy which is Being used by our competitors.

3)Search Engine Marketing

Search Engine Marketing is effective because:

Of its breadth in online tools and reach

It’s a cost-effective way to generate high visibility

It’s easily adaptable to multiple markets and audiences

As we are aware that in today's environment people prefer to check product price and details online before going outside or they like to know which will be good product for their skin etc so when they type the same in google to know the best cream then using this PPC offer the company's product will be in top row and for sure it will catch the Attention at first so they will prefer the same product while going outside to buy.

4)Mouth advertising Word of mouth advertising is unpaid, organic and oh-so-powerful because those having nice things to say about your product or service generally have nothing to gain from it other than sharing good news. A recommendation from a friend, colleague or family member has built-in credibility, and can spur dozens of leads who anticipate positive experiences with your brand. It’s important to note that word of mouth isn’t strictly verbal. Leveraging online reviews and opinions are equally effective at spreading the word. As mentioned our competitors websites and their review on other website are always high so people check atleast 10 review and then they go according to the review as they consider it better than advertisement.

5)Social S ites

These days, it’s common to promote your business online, whether that is through banner ads, keywords, social media ads or remarketing services. A significant benefit to online advertising is that it’s easy to test campaigns and make changes in real time. Many companies also use content marketing as a way to promote their products or services, which involves developing compelling and unique content related to the problem your business solves. It’s more of an indirect way to promote your business, rather than a hard sell like an advertisement. This is also now one of the most important methods to retain your customer by making them aware about your new products or about your existing products with the help of Insta , Facebook etc.

8. Expanding markets by usage

´A company usually expands the market for its brand in two ways, either to increase the number of customers or by encouraging more consumption per intake.

The usage rate of the consumers can be increased in 3 ways :

1)It may try to educate or persuade customers to use the product more frequently.

2)The Company can try to induce users to consume/use more of the product on each occasion.

3) The company can try to discover new product uses and convince customers to use the product in more varied ways.
