Inventory Analysis:
Knowing the optimum level of a firm/business is much needed before it is started.
This is the product mixed with the knowledge of demand for the stock.
The different types of inventory are as follows:
Raw material, work in process, Finished Goods
The sub types of inventory are manufacturing business, retailers and distributors, service business, etc.
The number commited for use should include atleast the Raw material
With the help of problem definition, gathering of information, preliminary analysis, choosing and fitting method, evaluation of forecasting method.
Choosing the fittin model can be scrapped at the initial phase.
