some seller will have few import of products from different country because of the cheap cost they will resell the producti n their local regions.so the buyer will buy the products at the wholesale price and he might sell the product in the profit.mostly greymarket are people with small busniess and small shop owner where they are not authorized to sell the product.for example like automobiles

Grey market goods are legal products that are manufacturer from one location which are distributed from one region to the remote regions of the world.by the seller who is selling the goods are not authorized to sell the goods.

for example harley davidson bikes dont have shops in india but they are imported from US to sell with the higher price.

black market are illegal products which are smuggled from one country and sold in other country for the profit .the seller are not authorized to sell the product in the country.if found it would be serious case for the people who are selling the black market good.

the gery market are small busniess it depends on the customer whether he like tha product or appose the product some products are beneficial for the people like importing medicine some products are harmful to the people.

TWO of the ethical considerations surrounding black market goods

some of the product are not affordable by the people so people shop in the black market region it may be beneficial to them.

black market reduce the price of the paticular product for a monopoly company its products may come down due to the black market

US companies are issuing copyright for the products and they are registering to the goverment and trading companies will be given by a trademark so that nobody could sell the products in their name.
