I will give the example of former president George Bush who indulged in war mostly. Here the issue is war with Iraq and George Bush should not invade Iraq. Here the Congress as well as people of America belived that it was the need of the time to attack Iraq and save the humanity.The decision of Bush later found out to be wrong, miscalculating risk and significantly damage American culture. In that war USA loose its soldiers, innocent people died and suffered a lot.Definitely unethical leadership leads to negative outcome. When the leader forget the ethics in decision making the outcomes majority time become negative or less-than ideal.The outcome of US invasion of Iraq had negative outcome which malign image of USA in global world order. The leader have authority and power which bestowed by the people of the country so they should think ethically and analyse the situation with theb outcome and decide.
