Ethical leadership can be defined as the person who follow the morals and ethics,leader focus on the employees needs and rights.I believed my project leader was a person that always who strives to follow ethics.If any employee doesn't follow the ethics he will warns them.He always give support to the employees by encouraging us in which we are intrested and takes suggestions in every aspect of the project.According to me he was a fair and honest leader that who i had worked ever and never.I believe that a person with good leadership qualities,having the skills to build the team effectively,never tollerate for the unethical things and who encourages the initiatives can constitutes the ethical leadership.

example 1-At an instance during the project there was a termination of one persone from one male and one female canditate.It was the choice of project leader to selct any one person all thinks that he will terminate the female candidate because both have the same skills due to this criteria.But honestly my leader treminated the male candidate without showing any gender bias and also he have proven that female candidate was fit for the job by showing some evidences.

Example 2-My leader always respect others by giving them an initiative in the project.During the ending of my project there was an problem evolved then he discussed with all the employees and taken the valuable ideas.At that time as a leader he can takes his own decision to avoid the waste of time but he doen't do that he took each and every person idea and appreciated them and executed the project.By this we all respect him because he showered respect on us.

I had observed a leader in our organization with many ethical leader habits.such as

1.My leader had an personal character which was very strong because a leader should stand on their beliefs.So that every employee can belive his thoughts.

2.My leader was an proactive person thet who guides us and make the decisions very effectively.

3.My leader was an passionate person he always do the right work .

4.Being the maintnance of conduct from starting to the ending and in this point my leader was succeded.

5.Leader always should be a role models to the employees my leader always stand as an example of the role model who always stands with his good decisions.

6.Leader should take the decision by consulting all the employees and also taking their ideas.My leader always intrest to conduct meetings and like to share all the meployee ideas.

7.He always concentrate on the long term goals based on the principles.

My leader should improve in one aspect i.e., sometimes he doesnot consider the stakeholders interest.But as a leader he should take the interest of the stakeholders to take any right decisions because they are the persons who invested in our company.

I suggest that politics which are being evolved in our organization like cultural differences,groupism and gender bias.He should take action because if it increases in the employees it can be lead to many negative consequences .
