Now suppose that such an organization offered you twice your annual salary to create Web sites for them. Would you do it? Is there a price at which you would do it? What if the organizations was not so extreme but feature products that you found distasteful? What if the Web site you designed was not objectionable but the parent companies policies were objectionable? For example, if you are opposed to smoking would you design a Web site for a tobacco company? At what price? What if the site just displayed sports scores without promoting smoking directly?

Having a personal grudge has nothing to do with the work in which money is related cannot be ignored.As it will help career improve and also providing financial stability.Hence if the organization offered you twice your annual salary to create Web sites for them.Then website should be created.
Yes,there is a price at which the work will be done.It should be according to the developer choice as he or she will be giving the effor for completion of the project
If the organizations was not so extreme but feature products that you found distasteful its nothing to do with developer.Because the developer needs to build the website in exchange of money for his effort.So there nothing interfare about what the organisation is going.
If the Web site you designed was not objectionable but the parent companies policies were objectionable then there should be a discussion about this.As the build system shouldnot be processed with having doubt in the policices.
