Would you prefer a class in which 10 percent get A's and everyone competes for grades or a class in which everyone gets a ‘Pass’ and students help each other on projects and papers?

Do people always value freedom more than justice? Here's a hypothetical case. Suppose a murderous, repellent criminal has been captured here and will be convicted, but this individuals confederates loudly warn the government that if this criminal is imprisoned, they will unleash a reign of terror across the United States. The government can try and imprison this criminal, or they can deport this person to their native South American country, where bribes will enable this individual to go free. Imprisoning this person is said to be the just course, but it means Americans will live in fear and will be less free. Deporting the criminal is unjust, but it means Americans will be more free. What should the government do?

Section 4.1

I would like to prefer the class in which 10% get A's. Today in modern world, we want to grow and develop with a fast rate. This will only be successfull if we compete with other peoples in society. The same is the case within a class. If I want to score better, want to perform better in studies, want to achieve good position in class then obiviously I have to perform better then others, for this I have to compete in studies with my fellow mates. Then finally it may be possible that I may secure a position amongst those 10% who secure A grades.

Contrary, the class in which everyone passes is not fruitfull according to me. The guys just study as much to pass only. There would not be an interest to learn something new or extra, there would not be the curiousity among me because I know that I will pass and other guys will help me. So there would not be that extra quality/skill within me for which I would be known special. And everybody knows that a person is more valuable if he/she has that extra skill. So as a result of that skill he/she gets success in life.

Hence the class with 10% guys scoring A's is better.
