The success of every organization depends on the productivity and efficiency of its employees. In bringing out the best performance from each employee the leadership palys a very important role. Fostering the sense of belongingness is one of the most important task of a leader. Used properly it can make people come together and work for a common cause which can help in achieveing the goal faster. The more people relate to the mission, intention, culture or values of an organization the more they are commited to the goals.
