Set up the Project Priority Evaluation Form (adapt Fig 2.5 & 2.6) in Excel and make Excel do all of the calculations to determine total weighted scores. (see below for example)
Based on the descriptions given, you will have to evaluate each of the seven film projects to determine whether or not they meet the “must” objectives and then score them individually as 0,1,2 on the “want” objectives in order to calculate the total weighted scores. Weights are given as Relative importance.
Provide a brief overview of the case and report the project rankings based on total weighted scores.

okay so i am assuming that the question is asking for and expected ROI value which we will come back to later for now read the question again carefully it is asking for subjective evaluation of the objective so there is no real statistics involved but the only thing that involves statistics is the ROI which i am guessing to be equivalent to expected profit in percentage from different proposals.
If these values are greater than 18% then the want objectives will be fulfilled.
