Explanation / Answer

This is to assess customer satisfaction. It is to gauge how satisfied your customers are. It has 5-10 questions that relate to overall satisfaction, service delivery, and, customer experience. These measure customer satisfaction, staff responsiveness, and, promptness.

Assess taste, preferences, habits, consumer awareness, and, behaviour. These are used to track changes in consumer knowledge, usage of a product or service.

Direct transaction and overall transaction surveys - These are to get customer feedback on a specific transaction, and, customer relationship with the organization respectively.
