Ans 1-- In this case research main objective is to check or see justice prevail. Being a judge, he should be genuine and only trust in the truth which is in front of you. Take a stand for truth and face it don’t think about the relation between them.

Second objective of research is to prove you are qualified and well experienced judge. A a judge use your qualification and experience and see the matter of the sides and take a step for right justice.

As a judge you can cross check things and give your level best and proof you are good as a judge.

At last main aim of entire research is to see and proof justice prevail and important.
