1. Long John Ranger was supposed to get all the details about AVOCO before entering into a contract. On the other hand, AVOCO is equally responsible for concealment of facts. But in this case, it has been evident that both the parties came into the contract by mutual consent only. So Long John Ranger cannot get out of the contract because of this.

2.  Long John Ranger cannot sue merely because he expected the work to be completed in 90 days. A legally binding contract has nothing to do with Expectations. Had it been written in contact that work will be completed by AVOCO in 90 days, without any conditions then Long John Ranger can sue AVOCO.

3. If AVOCO is unable to perform the required task then Long John Ranger may approach the concerned court.

4. If there are Nationwide brick strikes then AVOCO is not able to complete the work because of unavailability of resources.  Long John Ranger cannot successfully sue AVOCO. Though it is expected from AVOCO to maintain proper Inventory.

5. Ray can enforce the agreement if it is in writing and could be produced before the court. A verbal agreement has no significant impact.
