Here the main disadvantages to the staff of the international subsidiaries to use the local employees are;

I).There a chance the local employees may dominate the international employees due to having more local knowledge.

II).The local employees may demand the expatriate to give more jobs to them.

III).The local employees may force the international subsidiaries to provide holidays according to their home country festival holidays way.
