The environment which surrounds the business these days are dynamic in nature that is ever changing, the organization must prepare themselves as well as the employees of the organization for this adaption, the new technology when emerges in the market it is necessary for the organization to adapt that and make their employees get used to it, this helps the organization to get modernized leaving the traditional style behind while upgrading themselves and the skills of their employees.

Skills which are required by the workers in order to adapt change can be observed under the following heads –

Potential challenges being faced by IT associates while working with the new tools can be as follows-

Companies like Oracle and Microsoft are very good examples that shows how to tackle the ever changing virtual business and engaging into the e-business concepts, both the organizations have one thing common that is the employees engagement into frequent training sessions conduct by the specialised trainers which may be a tech expert or an oxford professor teaching the employees on specific business culture. The senior management often themselves conducts training sessions in order to point out the prevailing issues, boosting the potential of an employee towards the new business concepts not even helps the employees but ultimately effects the organization as well.
