Diversity Diversity is basically mean involvement of diverse ideas from diverse locations, for better innovation and creativity in business operations for optimized results. Diversity is defined as the engagement of diverse pool of resources which are employed at the organization to develop the diverse level of innovation and creativity in the product and process which can be lead towards optimized products and processes in the world. So diversity is the added advantage approach for business improvement.

Subject – Develop implementation plan for increase diversity at justice department across all level of positions.

Plan Approach Basically planning for any activity in the organization calls for close interaction management team and stakeholders, so that we understand the overall purpose of the initiatives and boundary conditions of the initiative. Based on this approach we have decided the plan for increasing the diversity at Justice department across all levels of positions. So in the plan we have made the organizational structure with diverse employees position. The diverse locations are identified and the employees need to be the selected locations/ regions so that the diversities are improved.

Plan Implementation Strategy We have a detailed worked out with key process owners, management team and stakeholder, with keeping in mind that this change will not have adverse impact on the routine organization operations. We have worked out with three options and placed in front of management with pros and cons for each plan. Then management approval received for option B, which is phase-wise implementation of the plan. Then we have worked the plan and get it approved with management for implementation and assigned to the project team for implementation with target timelines.

Risk management or opportunities of failures The implementation plan is jointly reviewed for risk management and opportunities for failures during the process. The high risk factors are listed down appropriate measure are being planned with the respective stakeholders/ process owners. The opportunity of failure have strong plan to support. These plans are worked out base don FMEAs carried out for this plan.

Monitoring Plan- The monitoring plan is made for this implementation strategy and it will be monitored on a periodic frequency basis and keeping the view that we achieve the desired target of diversity increase. This plan will also monitor the improvement in productivity and diversity levels at each positions.
