Question
Print Preview VBA headache.
I am struggling with vba to allow Print Preview functionality. A User form is completed and then the VBA trawls through multiple sheets adjusting headers/variable data and collating the sheets in to an array. I would then like the full 'Print Preview and Print', allowing the user to either print one particular page or full document, before the vba shows the original user form. the user can then either change the form and resubmit, or close. On close, the vba then resets all the sheets, effectively restoring the template..
the old code did not give single sheet print functionality:.
Sheets(Arr).PrintOut Preview:=True.
I have discovered:.
Application.CommandBars.ExecuteMso ("PrintPreviewAndPrint").
unfortunately, the macro wants to continue running, so effectively the user does not get a chance to review the doc and print all/single sheet. Any ideas on this would be appreciated..
Thanks!
