The kind of decision making that takes place in the family consensus decision making. This process is carried out in the form as the decision would be made on the basis of the entire family thinks that the decision would be made on the basis of theintersf of the entire family. This would be a resolution that is professionally acceptable. This would be describing the process through whivh there would be deliberation along with finalising a decision.
The major fCtors that led to this process of decision making is that in a fact that any decision made for the family is not for a single person but for many people who constiitute the family. Any decision taken with respect of only one person and not the whole, is wrong. It is incorrect that any decision taken should be coerced upon people.
