The organic treatment is completely non-toxic to humans and pets. Survey Objective: Our aims is to find whether the customers prefer low-cost and long lasting service or high cost non-toxic service for bug treatments.

Variables: Our variables here are the cost (Low or High), life of the service (short spanned or long spanned) and safety (toxic or non- toxic).

Survey Questions:

1) Rate your sensitivity to price on a scale of 5?

2) Rate your sensitivity to safety on a scale of 5?

3) Rate your sensitivity to life of the service on a scale of 5?

4) Rate your preference on the following

a) Low cost, long service life but may have some toxic effects.

b) High cost, short service life but non-toxic.

5) Are you willing to pay a little more for non-toxic bug treatments?

6) Do you own any pets? If yes are you willing to pay a little more for their safety?
