Above statements are

If Robinson is hired, then she meets the conditions set by the board
If Robinson meets the conditions set by the board, then she will be hired.

So we considered the first statement as (if p then q) representation is p->q
And the converse is if q then p represented as q->p

By looking those statements we can say both are true. So we can say that Biconditional is possible.
