My Idea for a new Starbucks Product: - In present scenario starbucks is capturing the market related to working peoples and teenage groups and to improve the customer experience, I think Starbucks outlet should also provide books and novels to the customers and arrange a small library for customers which will attract the customers. All motivating books and novels for teenage group and other famous writer books which will attract the customer to be there for a long time with sip of coffee. Because in my opinion Book and a Coffee is the best combination.

Idea from Other: - K Cup Idea which I like the most in which a customer can bring their reusable cup back to outlet and get the discount on the coffee. As this concept increase the number of customer and this idea is very environmental friendly. The recent scenario going on in developed country is environment related. All the developed countries looking for Green Environment and these type of initiative if taken by these outlets can bring big change in public also and it will ultimately reduce the cost of coffee for the customer and reduce the cost of coffee cup for the owner. This idea will benefit for all. And I will vote for this idea.

Yes “MY STARBUCKS IDEA” website is an effective way to gain customer idea for new product.

The above initiative taken by the company to increase the participation of the customer in gain the idea to improve and increase new line of products. As customers are the ultimate user or consumer of product and if the idea is coming from them than it definitely change the company in different way. To increase choosing the valid idea the organisation also added on the feature of vote to an idea which will also increase the chance of choosing the best idea to be implemented. So in my opinion “my starbucks idea” is an effective way to gain customer idea for new product.

The Corporate executive can start there feedback box online which they can give directly through something in a new way like in pizza huts where a person can ring the bell if he likes the services and food. Something like this by using social media platform.
