answer- wind rose is uses to determine the direction of wind in a region or locality and it is also determine the wind speed in that region. In above question model city has been constructed in the uninhabitated region where we have constructed the school, parks, sheewage, shoping mall etc.

In above wind rose digram is showing that most of wind is coming from the South east direction there is wind freency is also high. and wind is blowing at high speed. another wind is blowing from northwest ans south speed where the wind frequency and velocity is moderate. Wind speed is low and stable in North east sector

So school should be in North east sector.

sweage disposal plant should be in the west

Park should be Northwest

shoping centre should be in East
