Question
What constitutes "Hate Speech?" Constitutional guaranteed "Free Speech" is free from censorship by the government (and hence society). Of course, free speech is not free from consequences. Given recent events on college campuses, the campaign slogan of "TRUMP 2016" has been interpreted as "hate speech" by some people and should not protected by the First Amendment and hence should be censored/restricted/banned. Why would people think this about the words "TRUMP 2016?" Do you agree or disagree with this idea?

Explanation / Answer
SOLUTION:I am completely disagree with this idea which is against of any community ,religion or against of any individual ,and those creates insensitiveness among the people especially in youth.
Free speech does not allow to anybody to harm anyone through harsh speech ,free speech means that you can speak freely until or unless that your speech not put harm against anybody because nation is utmost important and nation becomes nation from the people of nation,so keep unite the people of country is the biigest development of the nation.
The recent campuses issue comes in limelight , the insensitiveness against the anti-islamic and anti immigrants students in campus feeling insecure and safe ,which losing the confidence for future students also for higher studies in US and the education industry plays very important role in US economy as every year huge foreign exchange reserves happens because the international students comes in US for higher studies .So this kind of hate speech should be banned .
